Cliveden offers historic school programs for a variety of ages and interests.
Patriots or Traitors
This program looks at the conflicting loyalties of Philadelphians during the American Revolution. Students participate in an interactive introduction and then explore the lives of Revolutionary War soldiers at hands-on workshop tables. The program is followed by a tour of our battlefield and the house that withstood the assault. Goes great with Philadelphia School District Curriculum!
History Hunters (Curriculum Based Program)
Cliveden is one of four historic sites that participates in the History Hunters Youth Reporter Program, a field trip program for Philadelphia fourth and fifth grade students. Each year more than 1,000 children visit Cliveden as a History Hunter. This program is offered in conjunction with school-based curriculum.
