Cliveden’s Grounds Open for Juneteenth!

Cliveden’s grounds will be open for the annual Juneteenth celebration!

Cliveden’s grounds will be open for the annual Juneteenth celebration from 12 pm to 4 pm. Come out to see our outdoor exhibits and new reader rail signs that detail the architecture, work and laborers at Cliveden. 

Additionally, visitors can learn how to make paper! From 1 pm to 4 pm, join Amy Ricci, Executive Director of Historic Rittenhouse Town for a free papermaking demonstration. It is free to the public, visitors are welcome to try paper making and take home their creations. All materials will be provided. 

On Saturday evening at 7 pm, Cliveden hosts the last program in the Liberty to Go to See series, Liberty for the Enslaved. Tickets are $5 and available for purchase through Eventbrite until 2:30 pm Saturday afternoon.
